Match Focus: Real Bedford Kick Off Their FA Vase Campaign

Real Bedford start their FA Vase campaign at McMullen Park on Saturday with the visit of Rothwell Corinthians

Match Preview
The Pirates enter the FA Vase for the first time in the club’s history under the Real Bedford name, looking to bounce back from their FA Cup exit last weekend at the hands of MK Irish. The competition gives The Pirates the opportunity to play at Wembley at the end of the season if they can make it to the final.

Rothwell Corinthians come into the fixture following a draw with Ampthill Town in the league last weekend. With mixed results this season, Rothwell will be looking to give The Pirates a difficult afternoon.
