Chiara Meola Joins Real Bedford Ladies
Real Bedford Ladies can confirm that midfielder Chiara Meola becomes the second player to sign for The Pirates ahead of the 2024/25 season.
Meola joins from Championship side Watford, having been apart of their youth set-up before graduating to the first team.
The 22 year-old becomes Charlie Bill’s second signing for the season as Real Bedford Ladies take on Tier 4 football.
On signing for Bedford, Meola said:
“Having lived in Bedford for some time now, it would’ve been hard to turn down an opportunity like this. The club has a real direction and ambition and I’m excited to help push on this campaign.”
Real Bedford Ladies manager, Charlie Bill said:
“Chiara is a huge signing for us, her most recent playing experience comes in the Championship & she’s going to be another excellent character we need in order to push us on towards our goals this season. A real technician who will look to always get on the ball and consistently produce moments of quality”
